Let's give the San Juan County 4H Shooting Sports a big round of applause and congratulations, because they will be sending 3 teams to the National Shooting Competition in Grand Island, Nebraska during the last week of June.  June 25-30, 2017.

 

The 3 teams participating will be the Shot Gun team, Air Rifle team, and .22 Rifle team.

 

The shotgun team is fundraising independently and the two rifle teams are coordinating to supporting each other.

 

Between the two rifle teams the new estimate for the amount we must raise is $14,000 by June 19th.

 

We have been practicing twice a week on improving our techniques and skills at the range as well as practicing at home every day.

The teams and the San Juan County Extension office appreciate any and all assistance you may be able to offer.
